Parents land first at 7:35 — they can pick up the rental car, do the Coop shop and have a relaxed breakfast while you (10:00) and your sister (13:35) arrive. Everyone's together by early afternoon to drive ~20 min north to Kato Korakiana and check in on the 2:30 window. Drop the car Sunday with a buffer before the earliest flight home.

Into Corfu Town — the Old Fortress, Spianada Square and the arcaded Liston, then wander the Old Town alleys. 20 min S
Lunch
Lunch in town, then shopping — olive oil, kumquat products, local ceramics and jewellery — with a gelato and coffee break.
Aft
Optional walk up to the New Fortress viewpoint over the rooftops and harbour.
Eve
Dinner back in the Old Town as the arcades light up.

Northeast coast
Morn
Drive up the coast — a swim at Barbati beach, the Nissaki viewpoint, then pretty Kalami bay. 20 min N
Lunch
Long seaside lunch at Agni Bay. 10 min
Aft
On to Kassiopi harbour and up to the castle ruins (20–30 min walk), with a swim if you fancy it. 15 min N
Eve
Stop for dessert or coffee before heading back to base.

Paleokastritsa & the west
Early
Leave around 8:00 for Paleokastritsa — a boat trip or short cave tour, then swim and relax on the beach. 40 min W
Late morn
Up to the monastery viewpoint above the coves, then lunch.
Aft
Drive up to Lakones village for the Bella Vista viewpoint over the bay. 15 min
Eve
Final dinner near Dassia, Ipsos or Corfu Town.
Early start pays off: Paleokastritsa's coves are pebbly and fill with boats and crowds by late morning — 8:00 buys you the quiet, clear water.
